Determine your chest and hip measurements by measuring around your body
(at bust & hips)
You must measure at your widest parts (no cheating)
 
- Chest: Place the tape under the armhole and measure around the bust - measure at widest part of bust.
- Hip:Â Place the tape around your hips / bottom and take measurement at widest part of hips
